Dear Neighbor,

Welcome to Glencoe Farms Neighborhood Watch

Established July 4, 2025, soon to be registered with NSBPD and VCSO, our mission is simple: to promote awareness, communication, and safety throughout our community. We are neighbors protecting neighbors — observing and reporting suspicious activity, never enforcing.

The Watch covers homes along Cone Lake Drive, Erina Road, and Glencoe Farms Road, and soon to be officially registered with both the New Smyrna Beach Police Department (NSBPD) and the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office (VCSO). Our approach is peaceful and non-confrontational, based solely on observing and reporting suspicious or unsafe activity.

This is not an enforcement or patrol group. We are simply neighbors looking out for one another — especially in light of recent issues affecting property boundaries, road use, and safety.

Why This Matters:

 Enhances neighborhood safety and visibility

 Deters unwanted or unlawful behavior

 Builds stronger ties among community members

 Provides official documentation of incidents, if needed

I’ve installed a Neighborhood Watch sign on Cone Lake Drive. and submitted formal documentation to the appropriate authorities. You are welcome to participate, ask questions, or simply stay informed. A support signature form and a brief information packet are available upon request.
